Ainsley is the founder of Stand Sure Solutions, a business dedicated to providing unwavering financial support and clarity to small businesses and individuals. With a diverse background ranging from office administration to finance, Ainsley's passion for bookkeeping emerged unexpectedly, leading to the creation of a company rooted in resilience, integrity, and determination. Guided by the Anderson clan motto, "Stand Sure," she offers personalized financial management services, ensuring her clients can confidently navigate the complexities of their finances.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

With a background in education and a passion for learning, I initially set out to become a public school teacher, earning degrees in both Science and Education. However, life led me down diverse paths, including teaching abroad, global missionary work, corporate administration, pastoral work, and completing a Master’s in Theological Studies. These experiences converged when I began homeschooling, a challenge that deepened my love for learning and attention to detail.

BOOKKEEPER

Megan came into bookkeeping through a mix of curiosity, practicality, and a love for helping small businesses stay organized. With a background in admin and medical work, she was drawn to the structure and problem-solving that comes with working behind the numbers. Megan is currently working toward her CPA and enjoys the challenge of making financial systems run smoothly. Whether that means sorting through receipts, tidying up accounts, building workflows that save time or bringing clarity to a bank reconciliation. She believes good bookkeeping creates calm, and she is all about supporting that behind the scenes.
